Vaporizer and Aromatherapy

I am a veteran and a retired carpenter, (until starting Purple-Days).
I am also a lifelong hobbyist woodworker.
My father was an Army Air Corp radio
repairman in the South Pacific. We built
home Hi-Fi equipment together, from
catalog parts, as a hobby. He insisted
I know the math and do the work myself.

Pam is a talented artist.
She is also very well trained in
all aspects of Purple-Days
construction from wood-turning
and metalworking to electronics,
she can do it all.

We decided at the start to spare no expense, to bring you the best convection vaporizer we could
possibly make. No cheap copy of the one that started it all, or it's imitators. It had to be better or it
wasn't worth doing. See the difference.

Having worked under ISO 9001 shop standards I know the importance of Quality Control and
standardized procedures. A shop manual has been written and is followed in the construction of each
Purple-Days Diffuser. No short-cuts are taken.

We insisted on real hardwoods for the chassis. Our units are meant to be
proudly displayed or blend in with the finest furniture or office decor.

An ergonomic round shape was obviously needed. About the size of a soda can.
We turn the best American Cherry hardwood, and other Kiln Dried, Renewable,
North American hardwoods on our lathe for outstanding beauty.

The all stainless steel Heat Exchanger is a 21st century, spring-loaded, solder-less design.
Heavy-wall tubing and a stainless steel cross-bar for extra durability.
It features 72 internal radiator fins for better heat transfer too!

Lead-Free construction throughout was the only way to go.
Our special order electronics are from right here in America.
RoHS compliant and Certified Lead-Free from trusted suppliers.
We are proud of our Lead-Free Promise, no matter what it costs.

Another pleasant aspect of our product is Buzz-Butter furniture finish.
It is all natural and non-toxic, just three ingredients, all food grade.
No petrochemical finishes for us. A pure and ancient formula,
chemical-free bee's wax and pure plant oils is all we use on our wood.

Expect American Cherry wood to darken with age and handling.
We do not use any stains, just the natural beauty of the hardwoods.

We have been using convection vaporizers since 2003,
including an award winner that is expensive paperweights now.
We have been building this style vaporizer since 2005.

It's what we use everyday. Made to withstand a considerable abuse.
